Carole Carniel

Her studies led her to a first Prize "Premier Prix" for piano and also for chamber music at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Paris before winning first prizes at International Competitions of Belgrade, Barcelona and Senigallia. Thus equipped to deal with the challenge of international playing, she gives numerous concerts in France (Théâtre des Champs Elysées, Flâneries Musicales in Reims, Metz, Bordeaux) as well as abroad (Italy, Switzerland, Spain, Canada, Morocco, Lebanon) where she plays as solo recitalist and also as soloist or inside chamber formation

Prize winner of the Menuhin Foundation and the Association Musique Esperance founded by the pianist Miguel Estrella, she is also able to leave concert halls in order to play for underprivileged people(in jails, hospitals.).

Since 1997, Carole Carniel is a professor at the National Conservatory of Region in Tours.
